In short: ThaiCards does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, or any other personal information. Your learning data stays on your device. Payments are handled by Google Play. Ads (free version only) are served by Google AdMob.

The following data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us:
This data is deleted when you uninstall the app. You can export it as a backup file at any time from the app settings; that file stays under your control.
On first launch, the app generates a random anonymous identifier (it contains no personal information and cannot identify you). It is used solely to validate optional activation codes (for example beta access codes). When you activate a code, this identifier and the code's expiry date are stored on our server. Nothing else is associated with it.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive your payment details. To manage entitlements, we use RevenueCat, which processes an anonymous identifier and purchase information (product, purchase date, expiry). See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
The free version of ThaiCards displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process your device's advertising identifier to serve ads. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, a consent form lets you choose between personalized and non-personalized ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses advertising data.
VIP users see no ads, and no advertising data is processed for them.
If you use the in-app report feature (for example to report a translation error), only the content of your report is transmitted. No personal information is attached to it.

ThaiCards is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
